ECOMMERCE WEB PORTAL USE CASE DIAGRAM

Nuelex Cosmetics was operating as a traditional online retailer in the highly competitive beauty and skincare industry. While the company had successfully established its brand and product offerings, several challenges had arisen that necessitated the development of an innovative online web portal to enhance its customer experience and operational efficiency. 

As the business analyst for this project, I created this Use Case Diagram to clearly define and communicate the functional scope of the Online Cosmetic Portal. The diagram showcases the interactions between key actors, including the Customer, Customer Service Team, Warehouse Team, and the system itself. Each use case represents a core function of the portal, such as placing and receiving online orders, checking inventory, replenishing stock, confirming stock availability, and shipping packaged items. 

This visual model was designed to streamline communication with stakeholders, ensuring clarity around system requirements and user roles. It also provides a solid foundation for further system design, development, and testing phases.
