This project focused on developing an innovative online web portal to enhance the customer experience and operational efficiency of Nuelex Cosmetics.
As an analyst, I designed a swim lane diagram to map out the online ordering process, clearly delineating the responsibilities and interactions of the key actors: Customers, Customer Service Team, and Warehouse Team.
The diagram visually represents the workflow, starting with the customer placing an order and the subsequent steps, such as inventory checks, communication of stock availability, order packing, and shipment. Each swimlane highlights the specific tasks handled by each actor, ensuring clarity in roles and accountability.
As the Business Analyst for this project, my role involved analyzing the existing process, identifying inefficiencies, and designing this swimlane diagram to provide a clear visual representation of the process.
