Axis-Tech Accessories, a leading manufacturer of phone and computer accessories, faced challenges in understanding key business metrics and customer purchase behaviors. As part of the Business Analysis Team, I utilized Power BI to transform raw data into actionable insights.
The project involved creating an interactive dashboard to visualize critical metrics such as sales, profit, cost, and quantity. Using Power BI’s capabilities, I developed visualizations to track monthly unit sales (expressed in millions), percentage sales by product, and units sold to individual customers.
This analysis provided Axis-Tech Accessories with a clear understanding of sales trends, product performance, and customer purchase patterns, resulting in actionable recommendations to improve operational efficiency and strategic decision-making.
